About
Renato Očko is a graduate engineer with more than 25 years of experience on positions of responsibility in leading Croatian companies. His job constantly required technical enhancement through different levels of managing, creating, developing annual activity planing, costs and revenues, monitoring goal completion and finally business reporting. Each company that he worked for had different IT design and solutions, therefore he continuously strived to perfect IT solutions for the purpose of unifying and simplifying of data through high quality graphic display. He continuously cooperated with controlling departments and was involved in creating business reports.
Working on many projects enabled him to acquire a wider knowledge and understanding of business processes in different industries which have one common feature: business reporting for better decision making.
He continuously took part in additional education in Germany, Austria and USA in the field of business management, business intelligence and business reporting.
During the past several years, Renato has been co-owner and director of consulting company Kontroling Kognosko d.o.o.
IBCS® Certified Consultant
Renato Očko has successfully completed the IBCS® certification for successful design of reports and presentations at the HICHERT+FAISST IBCS Institute in May 2015.

Variance of success indicators This waterfall graph shows success indicator for 2015: actual, budget and previous year. The last two columns show absolute and relative deviations from the budget.

Sales by cities This report describes sales throughout the cities for previous year, plan and actual. The last two columns show absolute and relative abberations from planned sales for each city.

Monthly sales revenues This report shows monthly sales revenues. Apart from planned and realized sales for the current year it also shows annual sales for the previous year. Since the year has not finished yet the estimated sales till the end of the year have been added. The report also outlines deviations in relation to planned as well as last year's sales.

Sales by key product This report shows sales by months. For the first eight months, realized sales are shown whereas for the last four the estimated sales are shown.

Sales shares This report shows the share of a particular group of products in total sales for each months using a part-whole graph. For the first eight months, realized sales are shown whereas for the last four the estimated sales are shown.
