IBCS Annual Conference 2026

Coming home: The origins, the community, the future

IBCS Version 2.0: Public consultation now open

Cornelia Neeser, Severin Willig and Jürgen Faisst have prepared a draft that is now open for public consultation. All members of the IBCS Association are invited to submit their comments by January 31, 2026.

The most significant change is that the document is now divided into two main chapters: Notation and Composition. The Notation chapter corresponds to an expanded version of ISO 24896 „Notation for Business Reporting“.

graphomate suite

With graphomate chartrix, graphomate added a cool new component to its IBCS certified suite of extensions for Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Lumira Designer, and more SAP Analytics tools. The most obvious advantage of this component is its ease of use: The chartrix can be configured directly on the chart objects using an overlay UI.
