Dawid has over 20 years of experience delivering management reporting and data & analytics solutions across industries including Real Estate, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Financial Services.

His core focus is C-level relevant IBCS-based reporting: establishing consistent notation, reusable templates, and reporting governance so decision-makers can orient quickly and interpret KPIs correctly. He combines stakeholder alignment with hands-on delivery and a strong enablement approach so customer teams can operate and evolve the solution independently.
