This slide shows the original version of one of the 18 pages from ORLEN’s Q4 2025 results presentation. The intended message — “Resilience built on a diversified operating model” — is present, but the visual structure makes it harder to see how segment volatility translates into stability at Group level.
Using IBCS principles, I identified where the design could be simplified, the message clarified and the visual noise replaced with information that supports faster, clearer interpretation.
