Bernie is the founder of Made to Measure KPIs, a consultancy focused on improving how organizations define, measure, and use performance indicators. Through his work, he supports companies in moving beyond traditional reporting towards more effective, decision-oriented performance management approaches.

He is also the author of several books on KPI design and performance measurement, and the creator of the ROKS methodology, which provides a structured approach to selecting and managing effective KPIs.
